Ghost Works was founded by Adam Kramer, a product leader with over 60 million total users across the products he's built and scaled. From gaming to logistics to fintech, Adam has led teams ranging from 5 to 72 people across some of the most demanding product environments in tech.
After years of watching agencies deliver subpar work with zero accountability, he built Ghost Works to be the opposite: a team that embeds with yours, operates like employees, and delivers like founders.
Today, Ghost Works operates globally with a US entity (Ghost Works Co., LLC) and operations in Southeast Asia, serving clients across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Led a 72-person team scaling the game to 200M+ downloads worldwide.
Scaled the logistics fleet from 180 to 30,000 vehicles across 11 markets.
Co-founded a US hybrid fiat/crypto digital bank under an OCC pilot program.
